He was able to get out to the property the within 48 hours of contract ratification. Digital document with pictures were very easy to read and understand what was inspected and if there were deficiencies with the property. I was contacted the same day to go over any concerns and given some advice on deficiencies identified. I live in Washington state and moving to Virginia in a couple months plus purchasing my first house is a bit stressful; having Bobby perform the inspection with a great inspection report definitely helped ease any concerns I had. 10/10 would recommend. read less

His honest assessment was that he COULD conduct an inspection, but it would probably be a waste of money and that I should contact a structural contractor to get a better evaluation.I thanked him for his time and honesty and will definitely keep him in mind for future reference. read less
