Meet Your Inspector

Bobby Parker is a Norfolk and Virginia Beach native and a full-time licensed home inspector. Bobby is an active member of the Hampton Roads community and a board member of The Residential Corporation and Hope House, a not-for-profit organization that provides safe and affordable housing to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Bobby has been in the construction industry since 2001 eventually moving to Colorado to work for a home builder, then starting Summit Property Management and Remodeling in Breckenridge, Co. Returning to his hometown, he became a licensed home inspector in Virginia and started inspecting homes full time. “I find that my knowledge of the construction industry coupled with education, training, and experience in the field inspecting homes offers a unique skill level.”
